I had a pleasant experience with the hearing specialist. She shared vital information about my hearing aids and got them back to good working order. There was no sales pitch to purchase new ones, which I liked, and they are not limited to a specific brand of hearing aid. When I do decide to purchase a new pair, I will certainly return to this office.
