Northstar was a total lifesaver when we had a burst pipe this winter. They arrived very quickly on a Saturday morning and worked through the weekend. They instilled a lot of confidence and helped ease my anxiety over the situation. They worked directly with our insurance company for payment, provided easy to understand information and recommendations, and managed the entire project from flood to looking good as new. I can't recommend enough.

Unfortunately we were not able to follow through with the services that were quoted due to the cost at the time. I am comfident that St. Mary's will call in the future to have some of the work done. I am able to report that your company did clean an entire house for me within the last year and the work and employees were outstanding.

Northstar Restoration trekked down to Middleton in the middle of the night after devastating floods hit our nonprofit. Shawn and Jay were incredibly professional, communicated clearly, and worked closely with our insurance provider. They completed work in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Not to mention, they are amazing people and a pleasure to work with (even given the circumstances).
