Amazing from first call to completion. We hope we never need emergency services again but we will absolutely call them again.

We had whole house carpet cleaning The operator was the best we have ever had Helpful with suggestions as to further care and worked around some antique furniture with obvious care Will have him back again Was fast and efficient The set up for appointment was dead on and the coordinator for schedule was very polite and helpful.

Northstar did a fantastic job cleaning our carpeted areas. Tim was knowledgable, hard working, friendly and went beyond his duties to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are! Thank you Northstar!

Cleaned our carpet very fast and efficient, great job

The Carpet looks wonderful except for the fact that the Spots still remain. Carpet in still wet in some areas after 2 1/2 days. I know the carpet will dry but the spots aren't going to vanish. Usually I have excellent results, but this time , I'm just a little disappointed.

Called North Star to take care of really bad stained high travel areas in the carpet. Turned out very good!

I had water damage in a summer home basement and I wasn't there when NorthStar came to put in a new floor. I went to the home last weekend and was so very pleased with the new floor. They did a wonderful job!

The technician who came to our home was extremely polite, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with enthusiasm. I was not expecting such high-quality customer service, and I am very impressed with the level of knowledge that the technician provided.
