North Star is my go to for all cleaning needs...From Carpet cleaning to cleaning an entire 3 bedroom duplex after moving out. North Star does an incredible job cleaning and leaves your house move in ready. They are dependable and easy to work with. The fast response time to come and evaluate our fire damage was great along with the fast turn around on getting clothes back to us. I can't say enough how professional and compassionate we were treated through our whole house fire experience.

After they first came to the house I felt that they could have done a little bit more explaining how the process worked. But they came quickly. And they took apart and removed furniture from the bedrooms of our basement. Next they put in a lot of equipment, and checked and tweaked it often. And then our basement was dried out and the equipment removed. So, we were very happy

My only complaint with any of this experience was a serious lack of communication from North Star employees. I hated calling all the time to find out what was going on and when I could expect the next person. The workmanship, friendliness, and professionalism of all the workers was above expectations.

They arrived within 45 minutes after I called them which I thought was great. They do an excellent job for me. I called them because they did a job for my daughter and she recommended them to me. I would definitely use them again .

Josh has been fantastic to work with. Even though our insurance has not been pleasing to work with, Josh has made this a whole lot easier. We may contact you about some restoration work yet this fall to at least enclose the washroom area of the basement. Thank you so much.
