One thing I noticed and didn't really care for was that my steps were soaking wet. Took at least two to three days for it to dry. When I called I was told to just wait for it to dry. That can not only cause a hazard if your shoes are wet and slippery when you get to the bottom of the steps, but is uncomfortable to keep changing your socks when you go up and down them to let your pet out. Love your services otherwise.
