I had a flood in my home. My insurance company recommended Northstar. Their response time was amazing. The crew pumped out the water and then began the process of drying out my home. They were professional and yet very kind and sensitive during one of the worst times of my life. They always kept me informed of their progress. Logan Flynn was the crew leader. Logan was the BEST! He said his goal was to get me back in my home as soon as possible. He shared his cell # with me and always responded quickly. I would recommend Northstar to everyone. I was so impressed that I am using them for my reconstruction. Thank you Northstar!

We have been extremely pleased with the staff and service at NorthStar. Tim has been cleaning our carpets for years and always does an excellent job. Recently, we had our ducts cleaned by Mario. He was thorough and professional. He even noticed an issue with our air conditioner which we hadn't noticed - potentially saving us from a larger issue in the future. Their customer service is outstanding!

This is the second project that John and his crew have done for us and just as with the first we are completely satisfied! John explained all the steps, asked us a lot of questions, and of course answered ours. The job, a reroof, was scheduled timely, and done a day earlier than they predicted. The job site was amazingly clean. No old shingles, or nails in the yard. The extra steps that these folks do to start the job clean and clean up after the job is done is really appreciated. I would happily recommend John Garcia and Northstar Restoration to anyone. In fact we have a third smaller project with them coming up.

Jordan did a super job cleaning our vents and registers. I was pleased with his friendliness and straight forward explanation on what he was doing and answered all our questions. He mentioned carpet cleaning. I was interested but have to save money up for them first. I will be calling you back for that as soon as I am able. Hope to see Jordan back. Thank you

Jordan arrived before his scheduled time and made sure to check in with me about an hour before his scheduled time to remind me/get some extra details. He answered my questions, was respectful of my home. Will definitely call Northstar again!

They did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning a hot mess express carpet!! It looked amazing afterwards, would definitely use them again. Great Job Guys!

The workers are experienced, efficient and timely. The office staff especially Clarissa (may have spelled her name incorrectly) is especially easy to work with and follows through with all the details.
