Liposomal vitamin C seems fine. I take 2000 mg/day to protect against COVID-19 and cancer. The capsules are very easy to swallow. I don't feel any particular "boost" from taking them, however. But that's okay. I do wonder if these are truly liposomal, i.e., whether the particles of C are fully encapsulated in a lipid layer. I suspect not, because this is not stated definitely on the website. Probably, the formulation is an approximation to full encapsulation. However, at this time, I can't easily get full liposomal C, and Nutriflair's seems the closest thing.
