Pleasant customer service but have only had the treatment filter on for two weeks so can't really tell how it's going to work yet. I do have a slight leak where the cartridge is put together so hoping that will stop.

Drinking water is easier in our house , we can drink from any faucet . Taking Shower feels the same as before without chlorine smell
