Welcome to ParkDIA. We’re locally owned and proud to be serving residents of the Front Range area. The closest private, near-airport parking facility to DIA – Any closer and you’d need a pilot’s license! More shuttles for faster door-to-door service and less wait time – 5 minutes from lot to DIA terminals. It’s about as close to “instant” as you can get!

Driver marked down the wrong row on my ticket, which cost time upon my return. However, we found my vehicle in a short time so it was not that much of a bother.

We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to catch the shuttle to or from the airport. Drivers are always polite and safe drivers, good job

Jūste was my driver when I was picking my vehicle up. It was late (about midnight) and cold, but he was so pleasant and polite. Also, his music selection was awesome. He made the experience so much better.

I made a reservation with my app and used my credit card but the scanner did not work when I left so I am not sure if I was charged twice. As I had to pay to leave. I have not had a chance to check my credit card statement. I also had a free day which according to my app was used but I had to pay for the entire trip and did not get a free day?? Everything else was good. Thank you

I enjoy the App for booking, however I learned the hard way that arriving prior to the entry time booked causes me to wait to enter. I would like your system to update my start time based on my actual entry time so if I arrive late or early it accounts for this. Also, upon exiting on my last trip my flight was delayed past midnight. When I tried to exit at about 2AM (very tired and wanted to get home) I was first denied by the automated exit and then denied again by the attendant as my APP would not bring up the correct code. Only when I dug through my emails on my phone and found the one sent to me confirming my reservation, were the attendants willing to let me exit. It was quite frustrating.

Technology within App could be improved. I had Trouble gettin in and out of parking using an iPad mini generation 4 on latest IOS and latest ParkDIA app.
