I cannot find the exact words to describe the exemplary visit and service why Mr. Steve Eide. We received a real education in pest control and learned how we could play a part by using different, simple techniques. Having such a personal and high quality initial visit by Mr. Eide was truly like having a favorite and loving uncle visit and setting us straight and leaving a lasting good feeling.

Did an initial inspection next day and for free. Reported and discussed findings in a friendly and professional manner. Could not identify the bug I initially called him for but had it sent to a specialist. However, it took several weeks and me prompting him to get back to me. I don't believe the bug was identified correctly except for its behavior. Never did follow up with any questions or preventive plans we discussed.
