I can't say enough good things about this company or their plumber, Jeremy Phelps. I had three major plumbing issues during the months of November & December. (Two were emergencies, one occurring just before Thanksgiving & the other just before Christmas -- terrible timing.) However, Jeremy (& later, his associate, Ben Jackson) too care of them immediately, & did an excellent job. Highest recommendation.

They replaced my main water line and did a great job. They scheduled the work quickly and arrived on time. Even though they had to dig up my yard, the work was neat. Very nice people who seemed knowledgeable and experienced.

We had a leak in our hot water line under our slab. Plumbing Solutions came and gave us options for a fix. This was right at Christmas so we had to wait a few days, but they came the day after Christmas and replaced all the water lines inside our condo. Didn't have to tear out our floors and jackhammer up the slab. Diverted the lines over and above. Did all the work in one day. We now have hot water again!! We're very satisfied with the work.

I was out of town and got a call from my daughter saying we had a water leak. There was water coming out from under the driveway and the sidewalk. I had her call Plumbing Solutions and within a few minutes Stephen came out and quickly found the leak and repaired it. Stephen also helped us find a company to come clean up all the water in my crawlspace. I am very grateful and appreciative for the professionalism and all the help that Stephen and Plumbing Solutions did for us. I highly recommend this company. I wish there where more stars.

I scheduled an appointment in the morning and they were on site within just a few hours for a non-emergency call. They fixed the solution to our shower not working properly with ease and was out the door. I asked how much and he said "don't worry about it". You can't find service like that anymore. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call again when I need another plumbing service.

The two gentlemen who came to Smyrna,Tn were very nice and very experienced in their work. They solved the problem and fixed it. I would use them again and recommend them to friends. A very satisfied costumer .
