We have used Prestige for years and love Chris! He does such a great job and explains everything! The receptionist in December failed to listen to us and we had a different tech and although he was ok he wasn’t Chris, we always request Chris because he answers our questions! When I called in she didn’t care said she made a mistake although I called a week prior to ensure that we were serviced by Chris!

Had a new system installed - Everyone was polite, professional, and work orientated but still happy to answer any silly questions. A year ago our OLD company said we needed a new system, Prestige came out for free, replaced a part ($100 - it worked fine since) which gave me time to save and because of his honesty was happy to call them again, overall a good experience.

Prestige is always quick to come out and are courteous, thorough and efficient with their work. Their prices seem reasonable as well. We have been using Prestige for all of our business air conditioning units for many years now and have never been displeased.
