Renee and Tiffany managed the discovery, verification and replacement of defective carpeting with such courtesy, efficiency and follow up unlike any team I have ever worked with and my company has built hundreds of custom homes over the past 35 years, so I know a little something about customer service. I highly recommend them.

Tile order was 3 weeks late arriving and had cracked tiles in it. Would not take extra unopened glue back. Said it was a special order and supplier did not accept returns. This was not disclosed when I ordered the glue.
