I have worked with Sandie McKnight at ProSource for 5 different jobs now. After shopping around prior, I now just go to pro source for my needs. They have excellent price and Sandie treats me so well and almost every time she pulls out what I am looking for and we end up using her choices. She is a pleasure to work with and not intimidating which I have found with other salesman/designers. My order comes quickly and you receive communication when it arrives. I highly recommend ProSource!

Love working with Sandie! Very helpful and always follows through with calls. I rated timeliness lower because if you are comparing to stores that have items in stock then working with Pro Source has the disadvantage of not getting the product that day. Also I feel the quality with the value is excellent, however once you add the shipping costs on to everything that adds up. I do however love working the Sandie and dealing with a professional showroom where you are not fighting the general public so there are definitely pros to the cons.

Ginger Follis was a dream to work with! It is hard for me to make appointments, so I had to drop by with no notice at all and Ginger ALWAYS made time to see me and fit me into her busy schedule! She gave me great direction, and when I showed her a wall mosaic that I had chosen at a different store, she called me back the next day and told me that ProSource not only carried that same tile, but that she could get it at a better price for me! Our repore was so good, that I now consider her my friend! I will defiantly do business with ProSource again!
