Omar helped me get a great price on a carpet that I actually found at another establishment. I told him what I found and liked, and he didn't force me to look at something at ProSource. He just called the manufacturer to see if he could get it for me, and took care of everything pretty quickly. Saved money and we got what we really wanted without undue pressure.
