We live out of state and are having our condo completely remodeled. we made selections of tile, changed our minds, then one of the accent tiles was discontinued yet Richard Howard went the extra mile to take pictures of several different accent tiles that would match up with our wall tile. Richard has made this a painless process with all his great design ideas and his willingness to go above and beyond! thanks again Richard!

Samantha and Omar do everything they can to make their customers happy. The timeliness is not their issue. The issue is with the product company and Sam and Omar did everything they could to make it right. I have worked with ProSource for years and the main reason I keep going back is the awesome customer service I have always gotten.
