Richard Howard is an exceptional representative of Pro Source. Not only is he knowledgeable about products, he is quite experienced in the value of products and advises if requested, his input as to customers plans. His promptness in requests is fantastic. We relocated from Dallas to fort Myers and Dallas does not even hold a candle to Richard. We are extremely pleased and would recommend a 100 times over to work with Richard and to purchase product from Pro Source

This is the second time we've ordered porcelain tile from ProSource. We installed tile from ProSource throughout our house a few years ago, and this time we came back to replace two rooms of carpet with matching tile. Paul Hardie, our salesman, was so helpful! He helped us match the tile and found that the style was still available from the distributor. Paul also gladly gave us the list of professional tile installers that he recommended in our area so we can secure installation bids. Paul then helped us with a second project, for a rental property which needed a tile replacement. We had received a bid for the tile from another tile source and Paul was able to offer us a very competitive price. The tile Paul found for us was 5 cents cheaper per S/F than the first bid and the ProSource tile is porcelain, not ceramic, so quite a deal!! We found great value and service at ProSource our first time around, so we returned,and will return again! Thank you Paul!

Ginger was very helpful and ordered items in a timely manner. She sent estimates quickly. She also gave us a "heads up" when something we were ordering might be going up in price due to "trade wars".
