The mosaic I ordered from the floor sample is not the same color. I contacted the salesman that helped me with the order to question why the color doesn’t matched? I never received any calls back. After spent almost $7000 worth of tiles just for the bathrooms floor and showers, I expected a little better customer services than that.

We found backsplash here that we couldn’t find anywhere. So much selection, and wonderful employees. I’ll be returning here again for tile, even though I live an hour away. They had everything!

I was trying to find a replacement flooring for my beach house. I needed a particular one in a timely manner to replace a damaged area. I called and PFS did not have the one I needed. But I was being helped by Allen and he was so kind and patient and even offered to help me find it somewhere else even though they do not carry what I needed. This kind of customer service is priceless and a reflection on a business as a whole. I will be using this company for my flooring needs in the future. Thank you for helping a Colorado girl out.

We had a great experience with ProSource. We chose to re carpet our whole house, the staff could not have been more helpful in picking out the right carpet and keeping our job on budget. The recommended installer was terrific. What an easy ,great experience!
