Patrick was exceptionally helpful and kind - even to our dog Charlie. He took the time and patience to encourage us to take our time and not rush into a quick decision even though we were leaving on vacation. The materials arrived quickly and in time and we are now than satisfied with our new floor and overall experience. Patrick is a real asset to prosource.
