The cost and quality of the merchandise was superb and the installer was wonderful. My entire house had the carpet removed and all rooms replaced with wood-look tile in only four days. The workmen were respectful, worked hard and did an excellent job. You will definitely have my business for futrue home projects/improvements.

Great experience. We renovated our bathroom and Pro Source (Stuart Harle) Guided us through all the steps necessary to complete the renovation. He helped us pull through all the decisions we had to make. We now have a show piece of which our neighbors are envious. So thanks to pro source and mostly to Stuart for sharing his knowledge and experiences.

The only negative remark I have is that we agreed to the 36-month even payment 0% financing, but ProSource processed only the 12-month offer. I hope they will adjust that; in that case my rating will be 5-star.

My overall experience for the past 6.5 plus years as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer was a very rewarding experience. Management is very professional and provide all the necessary tools to succeed. The level of expertise is Superior in all levels . I would recommend if you are looking for a career in the Kitchen and bath department of Floor covering, ProSource is the place to work.

We had a very frustrating experience with ProSource and will not be back. The wrong accent tile was ordered for us despite my specific order listing which items I wanted. When it was exchanged, we then again received the wrong item. After three weeks, we finally received the correct accent tile and then were told it would cost extra despite the fact that it was originally quoted as costing less per sq foot in our original quote. They then decided to call it even instead. The mistakes cost us quite a bit of time on our bathroom remodeling project and also a lot of frustration. We only received a vague apology from the account manager after the whole ordeal. We definitely did not feel valued or well-communicated with as a customer here and we do not plan to return.
