Rob took the time to go out of his way on help us by answering questions and guiding us with our mold issue ABOVE and BEYOND more than he had to. His knowledge was superb and even though we didn't heed his direct services after talking to him he made sure to listen and guide us to the right service we needed and helped us save the day on a home sale. A nicer, more compassionate service industry professional can't be found. You can also hear the joy he takes in doing his job, understanding the seriousness of mold can be. Thanks again Rob!!

These are the best possible people to contact if you are in the worst possible situation with mold issues. They are professional, thorough, courteous, and will answer questions until the cows come home. Their reports provide detailed remediation protocols, so there are no mysteries as to next steps. Highly recommend.

The RC Air and Mold Solutions team was very thorough with the inspection they conducted on our prospective home. The inspection team included plenty of photos detailing where and how they conducted their tests and information on improvements that can be made to better protect the house.

Mr. Hedrick is a patient, friendly professional who demonstrates a passion for providing homeowners with personalized mold testing. He provides the testing results along with the report of his detailed and thorough recommendations within the stated timeframe. It was very helpful to be able to hand it to potential Mold Remediation companies to show what needed to be done. I also used it to confirm that the estimates contained all recommendations. Mr. Hedricks says he is always available for questions. I found this to be true on many occasions. He always responded to my specific questions/concerns in an expert and friendly manner. I have no hesitations in recommending RC Air and Mold Solutions to anyone.

Rob was absolutely wonderful to work with! He communicated on a level I could understand every step of the way, went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered, and I felt satisfied with testing, etc. Very very honest on what is necessary, and quick turnaround time. Communicated a couple of times with the rep a couple of times prior to him arriving to take the air sample. In addition received emails concerning the process. When the rep arrived he went over in detail what he was going to do and how the air sample would be handled and sent to the lab for evaluation. Once this was completed, received the results of the air sample and his report on his findings. I was kept informed from beginning to end.
