At our headquarters located in Rapid City, South Dakota, we operate a thriving factory that produces many of our own jewelry designs and where our diamond cutters create our own signature Noventa diamond. My bf and I had been talking about a ring for awhile now so we decided on Riddles jewelry for our first stop. Of course with the Holidays here the store was quite busy. We were acknowledged three times by employees stating they would be with us shortly. The first employee who came and talked to us was Cole. He was a very knowledgable in questions we asked and soon Tamae joined Cole in our search for my perfect ring. After finding my breath taking Fairytale ring they both explained insurance and sizing etc. When they explained the wait time for sizing they could see the disappointment in my face. Cole told Tamea he would possible have it ready the next day. I was so thrilled that they would go above and beyond. Thanks again for helping put this Fairytale diamond on my finger for the world to see ♡

Cathie was focused on customer service. She was amazing!! Helped us find the exact ring that I wanted. She made what was previously a horrible experience, into an shopping experience that renewed my faith in Riddles Jewelry.

Such great customer service! Helpful and fast. Went the extra mile to call and ask her manager a question for my transaction. I’ve used riddles multiple times for earrings, rings and watches and have never been disappointed once.
