At our headquarters located in Rapid City, South Dakota, we operate a thriving factory that produces many of our own jewelry designs and where our diamond cutters create our own signature Noventa diamond. Jerri and Kim have been outstanding on this journey. They don't tell you what you want to hear. They are honest and that is priceless. We were so overwhelmed and felt like noone was really listening to our requests until we went to Riddles. We cannot wait for finished product.

Kim, Jerri and Abby were very helpful! I have only gone to Riddles Jewlery in Salina for all my needs since I got married in 2003. I have been in twice to upgrade my ring and always leave a very happy customer. I am thankful they have had patience with me and listened to all of my wants and needs and ideas for my ring! I will only buy from Riddles in the future, customer service means a lot to me.

I couldn’t find the wedding ring I wanted anywhere, I walked into Riddle’s and they immediately were so knowledgeable and helpful and had my ring custom made. It turned out gorgeous!! Far exceeded my expectations!! Jess was awesome, always getting back to me and following up with me, til the very end she made sure I was going to get exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with my whole experience!!! Thank you everyone at Riddle’s Jewelers!!
