Had a great experience working with Kelley and the Riderflex team. I have worked with other recruiters in the past, but by far they went the extra mile. Kelley and her supervisor spent time to get to know me and make sure I knew the company, then even took the time to call and prep me for my interview (wow!). They also followed up with me by e-mail or phone regularly about all next steps in the hiring process. Riderflex's attention to detail for finding the right candidate was apparent throughout the entire process, and I was so impressed with my experience!
