11/10/2023: I purchased a $80.00 chemical for pest control and when it arrived the box was soiled due to the product leaking. I called customer service to report this and was told to take pictures and respond to an email with proof, and I did. An employee by the name of Lance responded to me offering me a $15.00 refund for a product that I paid $80.00 for, which was unacceptable. I declined the refund and requested a replacement product and a return label to ship this mess that was sent to me back but have since received no response. I called customer service again and received no updates or solutions!

08/08/2023: Solutions lawn &pest control is the only company we could find that could solve our pest control issues. We’ve been using Solutions for just two years now but are looking forward to many more.There customer service makes it so easy to do business with these folks.

07/08/2023: Nightmare! Charged credit card even though no communication it was on back order, yet a label was created. Called them after 15 days of label created. Long story short, their customer service and business practice forced me to cancel my order only to have it arrive and I had to pay for shipping back to get my refund. Many reviewers experience the same thing. STAY AWY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

05/31/2023: I ordered a product that I needed in a timely manner. They filled the order and created a FEDEX label and sent me tracking and charged my visa. It sat with no tracking for over a week. No one responded to my email asking why my order had not shipped. When I called they said the item was not available and was not to be available and they had nothing else like it. They wasted two weeks of my crops life and took my money and never were going to reach out to tell me. I will never use this company and wish I had read some of the reviews as I am among many with the same issue. If I do not get my money back I will be back on line to do my best to warn people not to use this terrible place

04/06/2023: Ordered ~$100 of weed killer mid-afternoon Monday. They hit my credit card like a hungry dog on a piece of meat. Emailed me that the shipping label was created in the wee hours of the morning Tuesday & was awaiting pickup by Fed Ex. Estimated delivery was Thursday by end of day. At this moment, it is Thursday evening, nothing has been delivered, and FedEx's shipment tracking website says FedEx is waiting for the item to be tendered, i.e., the item hasn't even been given to FedEx yet. Vendors website says shipping is completed. So I'm out ~$100, the vendor says the order is completed, & the shipper never saw it! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Wish I had checked this lousy company's reviews before ordering from them, they are not at all trustworthy. I'm not the first or fiftieth customer to see this kind of mistreatment. IF I COULD, I'D GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, CHARGE THEM INTEREST ON THE CREDIT CARD MONEY THEY ARE HOLDING UNTIL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY CLAWS IT BACK, & SHUT THEIR WEBSITE DOWN PERMANENTLY.

12/01/2022: It was my first time ordering from this company. I wanted to be sure I was using the product right so I called an spoke with a customer service representative. He was knowledgeable an took his time to answere my questions. After talking with him I felt better equipped to handle my own home extermination. Customer service is so important. If I have more questions I will feel ok calling again as he told me to do. Thank you.
