The employees are always friendly and efficient and my car always looks good at completion. There is something within the carwash that bends my front license plate out of shape, so it has to be pushed back in place after each wash. The cost is a bit high, so I do not get carwashes as often as I would like to.

They are so friendly, great pricing, and do a wonderful job. In their waiting room they have a locked box and next to it a form you can fill out on how they are doing and how they can improve. A few days later I checked my email (I left my email on the form) and received a wonderful response from a manager about my feedback to them. It felt great knowing what I said actually got to someone and that they care. Couldn't be more satisfied!

My only complaint is that they never seem to clean my windows completely. I think they definitely need to use more cleaner and get the edges better.

I use Speedy Sparkle for my personal vehicle and they always do a great job. I recently referred them for a complete detail job with my employer for their fleet vehicle for a new employee. They picked it up promptly and delivered as promised. It looked brand new inside. I was very pleased. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Speedy Sparkle is very professional and courteous.
