I was a loyal patient for 2 full years. All of a sudden they are refused to provide service to me. No reason given and the dentist responsible (Dr. Phan) never called to explain even though office staff promised she would. Nothing at all dramatic or concerning ever happened to me on any visit. I paid all of my bills. Never once complained about anything. Yet now they will not service me, a loyal customer. Makes me wonder in this day and age of fighting for equal rights...what is going on here at this dental office. If I had to guess it may have been because I decided not to proceed with numerous cosmetic crowns as they would not at all be covered by insurance or any discount plan or perhaps it is because I decided to have one implant taken care of elsewhere for half the price that this practice quoted. Or maybe they just don't like me????
