Dropped off salmon to be cold smoked weight was 9.1 pounds. The attendant said their was a 10 pound minimum told her I would pay for 10 but was not treated very well outside and had to go through the same experience when paying inside. You would think they would be happy to less for more.

Fish arrived completely frozen and was enjoyed by all my guests at my "Alaskan Seafood Dinner" and I more than enough for another dinner remaining.

Excellent quality! Very efficient and timely delivery. Great packaging. All were frozen solid and delivery was to south Texas heat!
