We were very satisfied with TGS Garage Doors. They were very prompt and courteous and helped us out greatly in choosing our doors as my husband was very undecided at first about which type of door to choose. They really worked hard to help us with our decision and make sure it would fit our needs and be exactly what we wanted. They never pushed but were there for every question we had. We are extremely happy with our garage doors and our experience with TGS and would definitely do business with them again.

Salesman promised delivery in two weeks. After three weeks I called twice to find out when the doors would be installed. The second call seemed to irritate the person who answered and I got an "attitude. The installer was terrific and find, to date the doors are as expected with one possible problem we are still evaluating.

From office personnel to installer my experience with TGS was great. My only issue was the 14-21day wait for the door. But everything else I was happy with. I definite would recommend them and use them again.

This was our second experience with TGS via American Home Shield. With both experiences they were prompt, professional, and cordial. They fixed the problem and also offered solutions to avoid and future re-occurrences. I would highly recommend them as its a pleasure to do business with them.
