I had bought some baby blankets last Christmas. One came in bet the other was on backorder I was scared it wouldn't be here by Christmas. I emailed right now I cannot remember the persons name. Wonderful attention to detail. Wrote to inform me that the DKNY belt was very long and possibly mistakenly attached to my size small selection. I was offered a chance to cancel or even take a small discount for the mismatch. THAT'S service.
