Titan Grips are a patented product that is proudly made in the USA. They are a grip that can attach to almost any existing equipment found in gyms today. The grip is made up of a polyurethane that is flexible but very stout and does not compress when weight is applied. Designed to help you isolate target muscles, diversify equipment and improve ergonomics, the grip snaps on immediately changing the angle of the bar/grip which allows the users palm to pronate or supinate depending on which direction they have the grip facing. By changing the angle of your hand placement, it changes your workout entirely.

These grips are awesome!! They really help you work on different angles to also help emphasize on the muscle you are training!! They really make the workout suck but in a good way lol

I have owned 2 pair of Titan Grips. They are great for the variation of muscle focus with each exercise. They can be used for pushing or pulling exercises. Definately worth the investment

I never heard of titan grips before but once I bought a pair I am completely sold. They work great, my elbow pain and wrist pain is at a minimum. Titan grips are completely worth the investment

Anyone who is serious about their training has gotta try these. I love using them due to their versatility, comfort on hands and joints, and really emphasizes the positioning of your hands to maximize your gains.

Love it! Easy on the wrists when used on straight bars/handles. Assist mind muscle & connection to the targeted muscle, and feel it works best with higher reps range.

Great piece of equipment to have in tool bag when heading into the gym. Perfect for at home when you might not have all the bars you need! Very easy to use and easy to create the grip you need

Shipping hiccup during covid mess; more than made up for it. The Titans won't fit 88lb Fatbell handles nor anything thicker; the only equipment I have that these will fit is an Orbigrip with a 1.25" handle -- it's a painful wrist exerciser that forces you to rotate your wrist along all axies, so I didn't expect the Titan grip to do much. Turns out it not only makes the exercise more comfortable and targeted to the forearm, it shows how we continue to have banana hands, not cylinder hands. Nothing has cylinder hands, so all cylinders should come with Titan grips.
