Titan Grips are a patented product that is proudly made in the USA. They are a grip that can attach to almost any existing equipment found in gyms today. The grip is made up of a polyurethane that is flexible but very stout and does not compress when weight is applied. Designed to help you isolate target muscles, diversify equipment and improve ergonomics, the grip snaps on immediately changing the angle of the bar/grip which allows the users palm to pronate or supinate depending on which direction they have the grip facing. By changing the angle of your hand placement, it changes your workout entirely.

These grips are a requirement for all barbell exercises I select. They are ultra comfortable and adjustable so that I have multiple choices for pronation and supination utilizing a single barbell or machine handle! They make my home gym, a GYM-GYM!

Fit perfectly in hand prevents tension to the wrist which makes the exercise a lot more smoother,in addition they make it easier to connect and hit muscles from multiple angles.

I saw this booth at last years Arnold and I was skeptical about how much of an effect these would have on my workouts before buying them, but at the price I figured it wouldn’t be a big loss. So bought a pair and man was I wrong. These grips actually work and can literally be used in like majority of my workouts at the gym.

The grips don’t stay locked in one spot but overall I love the angles I hit. I think the issue might have been fixed with new version but I’m first generation so I guess that comes with it... however the movement is not worth the hassle sometimes especially when I’m in the middle of a good a** workout.
