Very friendly, knowledgeable people who really go the extra distance to make sure your experience is exceptional. I installed the siding myself. It was a challenge, but not impossible for someone with basic tools and some construction background. Ted went above and beyond answering my questions and helping me during his busy schedule. My wife and I are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend using Trulog siding on your home.

Still early but so far the assistance from the company for delivery and installation questions has been great. No reason to believe that the product will hold up great to Canadian winters in Sioux Narrows Ontario

Found the material on the internet. the online chat box with Ryan popped up and had several conversations with him on the material that I would need on my house. Sent a drawing/sketch of the house and was provided a materials list. Ordered the siding and was delivered to the house by a Fed-Ex truck. The installed was amazed at the material and had never worked with such siding. He adapted to the installation really quick, with help from the company. Everybody that has seen and felt the material is totally blown away by the design, color and material. I appreciate the company recognizing my service as a VET. I am more than pleased with the siding. the color and material. The additional insulation helps with noise transmitted into the interior. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

Product is great. Experience with Company was very good also. Shipped materials in a timely manner, even with a late material change list. I did not mind at all the company using me as a showcase for the product. I would use this company and their siding in the future and I recommend it to others. If you are looking for "log" siding without the upkeep of real wood, this is it. The ONLY drawback is it is a bit pricey compared to other types of siding. I love it.

Great product, I would highly recommend to anyone in need of siding. I have received so many compliments about the look of our cottage after this product was installed. Ryan is a top knotch salesman and really understand customer satisfaction. Price of this product is on the high side and was a bit over my budget but am I glad I went with TruLog ! You get what you pay for! Thanks again!
