My husband and I used US Movers Inc to move out of our 1200 SF, 3 bedroom/2 bath house. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and I was amazed at how fast they were able to get things done. We have a lot of antiques and fragile items that they did an outstanding job securely packaging and transporting for us. Not one item was broken, scuffed, or banged up. They provided all, the packing tape, blankets, and boxes for items we didn't have packed already like our big flat screen TV's, large mirrors, and glass decor. Worth every penny! I would definitely recommend US Movers Inc to anyone who wants to take the worry and stress out of moving.

The movers from US Movers Inc were great! My move took less time than the expected time! These guys were great. When I spoke with their rep, he was very polite and accommodating. He answered all my questions and made sure to confirm our details. The day of the move went very well; the movers were a few minutes behind schedule. I was told this was because a morning move ran over time. I find that understandable. I was amply compensated for my timing inconvenience. The movers worked hard and diligently. They put blankets and wrap on all my furniture to make sure it was protected. Nothing was damaged or lost. I would definitely recommend US Movers Inc.

Pick up on time and carefully wrapping up things to move. Explained clearly about each of the steps and what to do next. Provided free boxes. The overall experience is pretty good with US Movers Inc. It took a bit longer for the driver to get to the destination but still arrived at the discussed time range. The destination has stairs that's more and need to charge in addition, need to pay attention on that.

What a great company to work with - I really got lucky, because I have heard horror stories from friends and family members who have used other companies! Thank you guys SO MUCH!!! I mean it when I say I have no complaints. They were precisely on time at pick up and drop off, and they did exactly what they said they would. These guys are truly the definition of "straight shooters". Highly recommended!

Their online testimonials and references checked out as well so I decided to give them a try. I am very happy with my decision - they showed up on time, carefully and professionally packed my stuff, they had no problem with my really heavy couch and caring it from and to a 4th floor, were making sure that they won't cause any damage to my stuff, in the apartment and in the hallway either. Professionally packed items made it to final destination without any scratches, nothing got broken, and no item got lost. They were really professional and wrapped my furniture super well. Their flat rate was competitive and customer service was outstanding.

I compared a bunch of local moving companies online and ended up going with US Movers Inc. The estimate they gave me wasn't the cheapest one but they came to my house to do the estimate and after the last moving experience I had two years ago with also a local company (I ended up paying almost double than what I got quoted for) I decided not to go with the lowest estimate, and was absolutely impressed. The lady on the phone had those fun-sounding friendly attitudes that made me feel good about booking with them, and then the movers were very friendly, efficient, careful and professional. They even called to ask if I wanted them to come early - awesome! The whole experience was easy and seamless, I paid maybe $40 more than what they quoted me and they did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them next time.

I feel secure when it is US Movers Inc. I feel much safer when it is their crew handling my properties because they will never mess up but instead do it to perfection. They have been able to take me through two different relocations and all turned out to be nice. Their rates were also amazing for these relocations. They were there for me when I needed them most, I am grateful.

Thank you for making this relocation easy on all of us. There was so much to do and not nearly enough time. If it wasn’t for a great group of sales people as well as moving person now we would’ve been lost. There are so many things he don’t even think about when the idea of moving comes up. That’s where your sales team really came into action. They brought up things that we had completely forgotten about and overlooked. You were very generous when he came to discounting removed and made it very affordable to work with your company. I know a lot of people I’ve had bad experiences in the past but when you do your research and find a company like this it’s no questions asked you book the move and do the job right.

If you’re not sure about a moving company and it seems like they are all the same call US Movers Inc. They were the least expensive and the easiest to work with. The hardest part about the whole thing was putting together a list of items. We listen to our sales associate and followed his directions and the relocation came out perfect. All the paperwork we got from them was self-explanatory and easy to understand. We didn’t feel like we needed a lawyer just to look at our moving paperwork this was a simple move in our minds. We just want to be picked and delivered on time without extra charges and sure enough that’s what happened and that’s how it should be.
