5+ Stars We received the chimes from a friend a few months after we lost our 1 month old grandson. It was such a moving and thoughtful gift on their part and the gift itself brought us to tears. My husband and I smile and think of our grandson when we hear the chimes. I cry sometimes and smile sometimes. It really hits home. It is a beautiful Chime, sounds lovely, no too loud. The poem that came with it and saying on the chime are so beautiful. Now, the quality of the product is excellent, especially for the price.
I sent one one to the parents of our Grandson, Carter Lee, personalized. When my daughter called to thanks us, she was so delighted and touched. In talking about it, I mentioned the personalized part. She said, "No, it's not personalized". I was hugely disappointed and told her I would call and fix it. Saddened that the beautiful chime wasn't personalized. A bit later, she called and said that she contacted the company and they would send her the corrected chime. And they did, she received it promptly, they did not ask for the 1st one to be returned. She was sin tears of joy and sorrow. She Loved The Personalized Chime and hung in a special place. As I said the quality of the product is awesome. Nice size, contact with the company was easy with quick responses. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
