Working with Wilson Care Group is the most rewarding job I've ever had. This is the first time I've worked with a company that actually makes a difference in the lives of the clients. I highly recommend Wilson to anyone who needs some extra help with themselves or a loved one. Will not be disappointed!

WHC is very helpful for me especially as a Nursing Student. In regards with my schedule, i am very flexible. KUDOS to scheduling department and thank you. If i need hours during school breaks, WHC giving me hours. As for patient care, WHC helps me to be more confident with my nursing skills. I thought that through WHC i realize why i love my job and why i love being with my clients. I do love one on one patient care so i can focus on just one client at a time.

I love everything about working at Wilson Care Group. I feel so honored to work with such an inspiring company. We give the best home health services across the island. There's nothing more rewarding than to help others and sincerely care for them. I would definitely recommend our services to my family and friends.

When my mom fell, I didn't know who to call. My neighbor recommended Wilson Homecare, so I called them. I didn't consider another service because my initial contact with them was so professional, I was really impressed. The care givers were wonderful -- they were both very competent and got along well with my Mom. Mom didn't want "strangers in her home" at first, but after the first week, she was letting them do more and more for her. It made a big difference for me, as I didn't have to argue with her about her care needs (at first I tried to be her care giver -- that didn't work!) Instead, we played a lot of Scrabble, and she beat me, as usual! We've only been with Wilson for about 4 months, but so far, so good!

The team at Wilson had taken care of my grandmother until it was time for her to move on. My grandmother was always vital and energetic. In the beginning, she was not open to having someone in our home helping her with things she could do for herself. The caregiver that came and took care of her was very sweet and very knowledgeable about our culture. My grandmother quickly opened up to her and formed a wonderful relationship. The caregiver would sit and listen to my grandmother's long stories about her as a child and her life back home. She even took the time to learn some of my grandmother's special recipes. As time went on, grandma wasn't as independent as she wanted to be. We had to extend the amount of time throughout the day with her care. Christina, our caregiver, was so flexible and so accommodating to grandma that she offered to do what ever she could to help. Christina would take her out on daily activities to keep her mind active and to get fresh air. I can go on and on about how wonderful Christina and the Wilson team are, but you have to experience it for yourself. Our family had heard so many different stories, good and bad, regarding private home health with all these agencies and caregivers from craigslist. Wilson helped to put our mind at ease right from the get go. They had a nurse come out and spend some time with grandma and our family. She went over every detail, gave us resources and allowed us as much time as we needed to come to a decision. Out of all the agencies we met with, Wilson left us with a sense of comfort. Long story short, Wilson has done a wonderful job and I would recommend their agency to everyone I know.

I love working at Wilson Care Group. We put the client's care in front of everything that we do. We make sure that we follow through with care that we promised to provide. We truly work hard and live by our motto: "Someone to depend on... without question." Shelley Wilson, CEO of Wilson Care Group, has really challenged me to grow into this organization and really connect to the Hawaii community. I feel very privileged to work an established and stable company, in a growing industry!
