Got a bug bite on the back of my neck while doing my usual morning dog walk. Didn't mind it until it started swelled no up after my shower. Stoppedested by before going to work and the doc prescribed an antibiotic and suggested other treatment. All this in 30 minutes or less. Then I was on to work. Easy peazy.

With it being a Sunday I was fully expecting to have to wait at least a half hour or more. I only waited about 5 minutes before going back. The nurses were friendly, prompt and super professional. The nurse practitioner who examined my problem was wonderful. Explained everything in a way that I could understand and got me out within 20 minutes. Wonderful experience with some great customer service.
