Going in I talked to the front desk and she was very kind and I felt welcomed to be there even though I wasn't feeling well. I gave her my information and I had to sit and wait. It was only 5 minutes before the nurses were ready to see me. The nurses/doctors were very kind and professional towards me. All round my experience was great.

Xpress Wellness in Elk city is always quick, professional, patient and caring! They have a knowledgeable staff and I have never experienced anyone who is rude or unkind!

The nurses were kind and helpful. The physician was attentive and kind, diagnosing my condition with accuracy. I think the receptionist might have been experiencing an off day. She was not overly friendly to say the least, but where it counts most Xpress Wellness Urgent Care was a good experience and met my needs.

From start to finish, this visit was amazing! They put us at ease. Checked in and saw doctor in less than 15 minutes. Checked my daughter without upsetting her and sent meds to pharmacy. This was the best medical visit we have ever had!!
