I have been to Express Wellness several times with no issues. I recommended my son see them about an issue. He works nights, got off made on line appointment. Went in and filled out paperwork. Waited for s while, asked receptionist when he would be seen. She went back but never replied. He waited while other way ins came and went. Finally left. In the future me and my wife will go to Urgent Care on 32nd Street.

Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, attentive, efficient and so helpful. It was very busy, but the ladies at the front desk apologized for my wait and even let me know I could leave and they would text when I was next to be brought back. Rocky, the PA, was so kind and thorough. I felt even though he was slammed and clearly behind, he took his time with me and made sure to address every area of concern. I was beyond pleased with my visit. If I can’t get into my primary quickly enough, I most definitely recommend Xpress Wellness.

To be honest I was unsure anything would be resolved prior to my visit. I had seen 3 doctors within a 2 week period with no results. When the doctor at your clinic looked into my ears he knew instantly what the problem was. I had not been able to hear anything for over a week. After treatments in both ears I walked out being able to hear. Not back to normal but enough to understand what was being said. Severe infections behind the ear drums. Although this may be a lengthy ordeal I now know what the problem is and medications to help the healing process. . Thankful for a experienced doctor who got to the bottom of my acute hearing loss and I am on my way to full recovery. I highly recommend this clinic , doctors and staff.

Had to get a DOT physical. I was a walk in. It was a short wait but it did not take long to get in and complete the physical. Very quick yet organized. Nurses were very nice and professional.
