Didn’t feel like I was listened to at all , I was seen for something unusual and was seen by a PA that obviously needs more Training in ENT disorders because all she could say was that I had drainage well yes I do but WHATS CAUSING IT because I’ve never had it before !!! Didn’t offer to do any nasal cultures or referrals . She did not do a thorough exam at all . In stead of saying I don’t know what’s wrong she instead accused me of illicit drug use , I was mortified and couldn’t believe what I was hearing from her , a good lesson for her to learn would be to say alright I hear your complaint but don’t know how to help you but I’m gonna send you to someone who can now that would have been the better approach instead of saying are you doing drugs ... I’m still in shock especially since I had to pay to have someone say that to me .

Took a bit longer at check in than I would have anticipated, but it seemed like computer issues maybe at the front desk. My daughter was seen by the NP, and was thoroughly evaluated. I was impressed with their bedside manner. Very compassionate and understanding.

We have used XPress Wellness many times for our kiddos. We are always seen promptly and the care is exceptional. As an RN myself, it’s very important that I feel those caring for my little ones are competent and caring. XPress Wellness great!

The person at the front desk, the nurse and the doctor were all lovely, so friendly, patient and very helpful! I truly appreciated it! I would definitely recommend this urgent care!
