Katie's class is great! I was having some lower back issues and asked Katie for some suggestions on how I could improve and she gave me some really great recommendations. She always walks around the classroom and makes sure we're using the correct form which is so important to strengthen your practice! I highly recommend taking Katie's class!

Katie is an unbelievably wonderful teacher. She has direct and precise instructions and creates well thought out journey that will transform your mind, body, and soul to a fantastic place. I was blown away at the transformation that she was able to create in both my mood and focus, not to mention my balance and pose corrections that she helped to adjust. Thank you so much for a wonderful transformation.

Katie is a fabulous instructor, business owner, and human! I am relatively new to yoga, but she has made me feel so comfortable. I am now so excited to continue to explore Yoga and I can thank Katie and Yoga Heroux for that!
