Cancelled a pre-ordered game. Awesome overall experience, and the CSR who answered the phone was very curtious and pleasant; and it was so nice to talk to a person immediately and not to have to navigate a phone tree, that has...wait for it...changed recently. I also received a timely refund, Only downside to an otherwise overall great experience, was that the person who helped me did not know how the refund would be executed, and more oddly would not confirm I would get one, something like that - and who knows I probably misunderstood what was being said. Anyway, so think of it as an "A" instead of "A+".

Excellent service and fast shipping! Honestly, I was not sure if I would get my order and was a bit skeptical of the website but Zip definitely proved me wrong. I will be ordering my games from Zip from now on. I highly recommend this company!

got 2 of call of duty advanced warfare atlas pro editions for xbox 360 from these guys. couldn't get 2 of them from anywhere else. great job zip's!!
