If this is the 2500 complex. When it comes to MRI's the last two times I have been there. I asked the techs to let me know in-between silences how long is the next one and to give me time to cough. They tend to fail to ask if your ok in the machine between images. The reception area is very nice and friendly. Some of the techs are not so sociable, which is fine but at least care about the patient in the machine. I don't have the names of the techs.
