Robert Koivisto was the guy that showed up and he was very helpful and explained things to me. The cost compared to other places was more reasonable.

Robert was great to work with for the bat remediation in our home. He was thorough in his explanation of each step, and he was very timely in responding to our call. Would recommend to others!

Robert K came out and knocked the job out of the park. He did everything he said he would plus more and didn't let up until he knew every part of the log home was addressed, taking him multiple days to get it done. There was no duct tape or short cut handy man fixing, everything was done professionally to last. He made sure to use materials that fit the house and look good. I'm also having his team do seasonal spraying for ants, bees & spiders. I'd definitely recommend Robert and 1st Choice to anyone in need of the help! Thanks

Robert was FANTASTIC! He came to our house within an hour, did a thorough examination of our attic and exterior, and began to correct our issues immediately. Our home inspector recommended this company and I highly recommend Robert!

Robert is very personable & professional. He took pictures of my bat infestation to share with me. Although I have given to bat conservation for decades & never want any harmed since they eat millions of bugs, I don't need to get up close & personal with them. Glad they are federally protected now. Robert gave me options where possible. He also took care of mouse control & prevention. Overall very positive experience.

Their service was far more effective than a previous Pest Control company we had engaged. 1st Choice finally solved an ongoing problem we had. Robert from 1st Choice Pest Solutions was an excellent rep: he explained their services, and recommended what he believed was best for our needs, based upon our explanation of them. He walked me around the property and showed me what they could do for us, and professionally explained what services we might consider in the future if the current services are successful. Since those current services are proving successful, we will be taking him up on his offers!

They found where vermin were entering the house, which two other firms could not find!
