When I 1st rented from this company I found out that the house we rented was haunted, kids seen things they shouldn't have. Have them come fix something they sent a maintenance guy that was stoned out of his mind. Said he had to go get a tool and never came back. The fuse box had illegal wiring to it. Then they took me to court for more money out of my pocket (money hungry assholes) , their staff is unprofessional. My son recently was going thru some hard times and they wouldn't even work with him about the rent. Instead sent a paper to bring him to court. He had the rent money to give them and they refused it & still went along with the eviction. This company is slum lords and don't care about anybody but how much money they can get out of you without doing anything to make their properties liveable. I hate this company and I hope one day someone takes them to court and bleeds them dry. Stay clear of this company.
