Jimmy was quick to respond by phone as soon as I placed the order, ensuring the process began smoothly. I am always hesitant of background companies because so many do such a poor job and you just know they barely did anything besides a google search. The report Jimmy sent me was THOROUGH and COMPLETE. I was honestly impressed but most importantly, I honestly felt comfortable and confident knowing he did a complete job.

We used a different service for background checks prior to finding 3rd Degree, such a difference! They are thorough and reports are easy to interpret. We work with many different places that have different requirements. I have yet to find something that Jimmy and 3rd Degree could not deliver on!

Very friendly group. I've personally spoken to Barb and Jimmy more than once. Barb calls once in a while to check in and Jimmy replies to my emails in a timely manner. We've never had an issue with 3rd Degree Screening. I highly doubt that the missing star for "timeliness" had anything to do with them.
