Be careful doing business with 4 Square Roofing. Especially, if you have insurance with Allstate. Just make sure you know why they’re referring you to him and that it’s based on actually good residential reviews.The owner (James) still hasn’t provided a “game plan” to fix our roof that continued leaking after his “fix”. It’s been since December 10th and I’ve had to contact him first every time. He’s responses our vague and he refuses to give me a date. He’s already been paid for “ fixing” the roof and was provided videos as proof it was still leaking. Since He wouldn’t provide me with a date I’ve had four other companies come out in December. They all thought I caulked my roof, found a huge soft spot(where the leak was), and one actually came out and installed a new roof….all while James couldn’t provide a date.
