Long term care research is so confusing- Brian Ott at 525 Long Term Care is very thorough and knowledgeable. After hearing his show on the radio, I knew that he is very clear and concise in explaining all aspects and nuances of LTC. I appreciate the total experience working with Brian and with Madalyn- I am confident in my decisions because of the support that they provide. Five stars all the way.

Unless “Bernie Sanders becomes President and everything is free” (my favorite quote from Brian’s webinars), odds are that you will incur some, if not a lot of, long term care expenses at some point in your life. If you are at all considering the need for LTC insurance, you owe it to yourself to contact 525 Advisors. Because of my age and some health issues, I assumed that I would never qualify for any coverage. But there are a variety of options, and after attending several of Brian’s webinars and listening to many of the weekly podcasts to become better informed, I knew that an asset-based plan is what I wanted if I could qualify. By completing the pre-screen health questionnaire, Madalyn can tell you almost immediately if you can qualify and won’t waste your time if you can’t. Brian will then ask some questions and provide the best options based on your specific situation and needs. There are no high-pressure sales. The entire process is very efficient and professional. Madalyn will be your advocate every step of the way from the initial application to the phone interview and the medical exam if required, even giving you tips on how to prepare for the best results. She will ensure that the final contract is correct when it is all complete. Brian and Madalyn are a pleasure to work with. Acquiring a more robust long term care plan was something I had been considering for a long time. After listening to their radio program for about a year, and signing up for one of their webinars, I finally decided to take the plunge, and contacted 525 Advisors. Brian and Madalyn were invaluable in supporting me every step of the way during the sign-up process, and in answering my many questions. Right from the start my wife and I were very impressed with how Brian presented the case for long term care insurance. We're in our early 70's and not interested in traditional pay-as-you go insurance plans. We listened to Brian on Long Term Care Radio - and later his podcast of the same name. We liked what he had to say about asset-based LTC options. It made sense to think about re-allocating savings funds toward this type of program and the peace of mind it offered. He and assistant Madelyn were a pleasure to work with and very professional. Brian gave us personalized advice based on our unique situation and came up with a very good plan that works for us. Top notch expertise and clear explanations of LTC. There is no sense of being abandoned along the way with Brian and Madalyn. No pressure either. They answer the questions and move things along very professionally. For most of us who don't deal with this kind of insurance very often, 525 seeks to understand particular needs and then finds the right product to match them. Well done.

I can't rave enough about 525 Long Term Care and the insurance that I was able to obtain. It is amazing. I am over 70 and was surprised that I could qualify. I spent months looking at a number of other companies and was so impressed with 525 Long Term Care with Brian Ott and Madalyn Volkman that I chose them. They patiently answered all my questions, walked me through the entire process and never once made me feel like I was an annoyance. The assurance that I got from both of these people has given me a peace about my decision. Before making a decision you owe it to yourself to talk to them. You won't be disappointed.

The process of deciding on the right long term care policy is a huge decision, and like any other important decisions in my life, one of the most critical elements is working with professionals who timely communicate.
