Like all Conservative minded citizens who still reside in the State of WA, we were suddenly and abruptly forced to find comparable Long Term Care insurance due to the passing of Washington Cares Act: https://wacaresfund.wa.gov/ Because of this draconian Liberal disaster of a policy was enacted we were only allowed one means of opting out by proving we had a LTC policy in place before the deadline. I heard of 525 Advisors by listening to 570 KVI and 770 KTTH talk radio stations play their advertisements during this crucial time. I decided to attend one of the free webinars provided by 525 to learn what my options were to find a policy to fit my needs for long term care. Brian Ott explained a very simple and profound lesson regarding LTC Ins. "it's not that people need LTC, it's because they want it" - to help their families when the need arises. I gained so much insight from his webinar that I immediately signed up for the free assessment and decided to attend another webinar in order to glean additional vital information. I quickly received all the information from Madalyn who was absolutely fantastic in all my business dealings. Her attentiveness and outstanding approach to customer service has been the best I've ever received from any company. As I write this, the WA state Gov has just decided not to start collect premiums on the newly implemented LTC tax until 4/2022. It's unfortunate that the WA State Legislature passed this horrid bill and is now unsure how they will proceed with it's terrible structure. However, for my own sake and for the reassurance of my family, I'm still happy I went with 525 instead of using my employer provided plan .Thanks again Madalyn and Brian and the rest of the team.
