Brian and Madalyn were great from start to finish. Everything was explained to our satisfaction, we were guided to what plan was best for us and Madalyn kept us informed every step of the way. We looked at several different plans with our financial advisor and chose 525 Advisors because of their non-pushy approach along with Brian's knowledge and of course Dori Monson's endorsement. I highly recommend them; I have already told many friends and relatives to contact them.

Very grateful I found Brian and his team. I would recommend them without the slightest hesitation. The structured nature of the process really stood out to me. It sort of forces you to meet Brian and his team half-way with a fair amount of self-education and self-advocacy. You’re required to think about the options, trade-offs, what is important to you, etc. If you make the time investment in education, and are open and honest throughout the process, I really think you’re going to land on the best long term care solution. Brian isn’t really a salesman. Feels more like a partner in a way. Options are presented, not pushed. Definitely nothing like buying a car or perhaps some other insurance products. Madeline and Kristen are exceptional. Incredibly efficient. Emails get a prompt reply, scheduled calls start on time, etc. You get the impression nothing falls through the cracks. Bottom line, in the world of long term care insurance, I really don’t think you can do better than working with Brian and his team at 525 advisors. I’m very grateful that they’ve helped to provide the peace of mind knowing my wife and I will never be a burden on our family. It feels great knowing that an inheritance, and a positive legacy, will be guaranteed.

We are so happy with our experience with 525 Long Term Care. This is a hard topic to face both from an emotional standpoint and a financial standpoint. Both Brian and Madalyn were so helpful and the process was based on education not high pressure and we really felt comfortable with the decision we made on the policy we chose. If this is something you are considering for your aging/care toolbox, I would highly recommend talking to them about the options available to you.

Brian and Madalyn at 525 Advisors made the process of choosing the right long-term care insurance a pleasure. We had purchased a policy many years ago but the premiums became so expensive, we needed to find another solution and we had lost all faith and trust in the old insurance company. Enter 525 Advisors. Brian and Madalyn are both knowledgeable about the industry, insurance companies and all the issues surrounding making the right choice. They represent a number of top-notch companies and there is no pressure to purchase. We also witnessed them pulling a rabbit out of the hat to meet some very aggressive timelines we imposed upon them and they came through with flying colors. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. And I seriously recommend everyone at least exploring ensuring themselves against the unforeseen and often times predictable need for very expensive long term care.

Working with Brian and Madalyn was a great experience. I listened to their webinar twice, compared their products to other companies, and realized they offered the most comprehensive plans. We had a phone conference with Brian, and he listened to all our concerns, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the best plan for us. I took their prospectus to our CPA for his input, and he was impressed, as well. I have recommended them to my children, too. Attend a webinar, talk to Brian and Madalyn, and you’ll discover a company you will feel very comfortable having on board with your financial plan!

I restarted my quest to find a LTC policy, THIS time with 525 Long Term Care Advisors. I started listening to Brians weekly radio show and joined a Webinar with him and Madalyn. The information was invaluable in helping me to complete the process. Both Brian and Madalyn are very informed and intuitive. They answered all my questions in personal phone calls and emails. They recognized my issues, to help me select a plan that will best meet my needs for the future. I highly recommend them.

5 major lessons: 1) We knew we would invest $250k, lump sum, from my 401(k) using a fixed monthly max payout of $8k, or less for months unlimited, or less with a inflation rider. 2) If we didn't use up to what we had roughly put in, we would get some back to our estate. 3) Despite my prostate cancer, I was accepted, 4) Concierge service to help with LTC later if needed, 5) LTC payback could be twice what we had invested. Brian and Madalyn helped answer all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured in any way on which route we finally chose to go.

Both my wife and I were seeking LTC insurance. We had been told that because of our cancer treatments LTC insurance was remote for my wife and unavailable for me. The folks at 525 Advisors took on our challenge and found LTC insurance for both of us. They were responsive to all inquires - they were proactive!

I was glad to find 525 Advisors when deciding to look into long term care options. I needed flexibility in coverage that would allow me to receive benefits throughout the US and Canada and a (unlimited) plan that would not end after a fixed period of time. After watching their webinar, I came away much better informed on the various coverage options currently offered by insurance providers nationwide. I also became aware of the importance of setting up a long term care plan as a means of protecting personal assets. Follow-on discussions with Brian Ott helped identify the best plan for my needs. Madalyn Lutsch walked me through more of the details and made the application process very understandable and straight-forward. Through their knowledge and professionalism, I'm happy to say that I'm now covered by a long term care plan that will provide critical financial support, should the need arise. I would strongly recommend 525 Advisors to anyone considering long term care insurance.
